Mental Performance Training · Competitive Volleyball

The player she is in practice — let's get her there on game day.

When your volleyball athlete plays scared, overthinks, and can't recover after a mistake, it isn't a talent problem. Mental skills are trainable — just like physical skills. Evolving Minds Training gives her the tools to perform under pressure.

You're not alone in this — and you're doing a great job as a parent for looking into it.

Who We Serve

Built for serious volleyball families

EMT is a fit when the mental side of the game has become the missing piece — and your family is ready to do something about it.

The Athlete

Competitive volleyball players, primarily girls ages 10–14, who play scared, overthink during games, and struggle to bounce back after a mistake.

The Parent

Parents who are already invested in their athlete's development and recognize that the mental side of the game is now what's holding her back.

The Commitment

Families who are ready to show up, do the work between sessions, and engage honestly — because this is training, not a quick fix.

What We Address

If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

Playing scared

She's afraid to make mistakes or be judged, so she plays small — hesitating instead of competing freely.

One mistake ruins everything

She can't shake an error. One bad play turns into a spiral that takes her out of the game mentally.

Practice doesn't show up in games

She's capable — her practice proves it. But when the pressure rises, those skills disappear.

Tense car rides home

Games create friction at home. Conversations feel fragile. You're not sure what to say, and neither is she.

The Program

Structured training for the mental side of the game

The 12-week 1:1 foundational program teaches mental skills the same way a coach teaches physical ones — with structure, repetition, and real application. This isn't motivation. It's training.

Parent Partnership

Optional check-ins keep parents informed and equipped — because your support at home matters.
