The Flagship Offer

12-Week 1:1 Foundational Mental Performance Training

A structured, individualized program designed to give competitive volleyball athletes the mental tools they need to perform under pressure — and to use those tools automatically when it counts most.

Who it's for

  • Competitive volleyball athletes, primarily girls ages 10–14
  • Athletes who play scared or are afraid to make mistakes
  • Athletes who overthink during competition and can't perform the way they practice
  • Athletes who struggle to recover mentally after a mistake or tough game
  • Families who are ready to invest in the mental side of training — not just the physical

What's included

Phase 1 — Weeks 1–8

Weekly live 1:1 sessions to build the core skills: composure under pressure, mistake recovery, managing self-talk, and pre-competition routines.

Phase 2 — Weeks 9–12

Biweekly sessions as skills become habits. Focus shifts from learning to applying — in games, in high-stakes moments, in pressure situations.

Between-Session Work

Simple, practical exercises and reflections that reinforce what's happening in sessions. This is where the real transfer happens.

Parent Check-ins

Optional guidance for parents so you know how to support your athlete at home — and what to avoid.

As-Needed Support

Agreed-upon access between sessions for quick questions or before a big game. Lindsey sets clear expectations so everyone knows what to expect.
