EMT's Phase 1 offering is a single, focused program, because your athlete doesn't need more options. She needs the right work, done consistently, over time.
The Flagship Offer
A structured, individualized program designed to give competitive athletes the mental tools they need to perform under pressure, and to use those tools automatically when it counts most.
Phase 1: Weeks 1–4
Weekly live 1:1 sessions to build the core skills: composure under pressure, mistake recovery, managing self-talk, and pre-competition routines.
Phase 2: Weeks 5–12
Biweekly sessions as skills become habits. Focus shifts from learning to applying, in games, in high-stakes moments, in pressure situations.
Between-Session Work
Simple, practical exercises and reflections that reinforce what's happening in sessions. This is where the real transfer happens.
Parent Check-ins
Optional guidance for parents so you know how to support your athlete at home, and what to avoid.
As-Needed Support
Agreed-upon access between sessions for quick questions or before a big game. Lindsey sets clear expectations so everyone knows what to expect.
Pricing, scheduling, and fit are all discussed in your Performance Strategy Session, so we can tailor the program to your athlete's needs and your family's situation.
